Category change problems

hello guys
my parents filled petition file for me .and priority date is Apr 2007 , and my category F2a ,,and i got approval notice and bmb number latter too about under 21 unmarried permanent residence ..so few days before i sent a email to the NVC . regarding my case status ,,so they reply me and they changed my category F2a to F2b ..they said like the beneficiary is over the 21 .so we change a category ..i don't know what i ll do ..so if anyone have answer about this .....

It is not sufficient for the filing to occur when you are under 21. When your priority date is current, your adjusted age according to the CSPA calculation also needs to be under 21 in order for you to stay in the F2A category.

Exactly how long did it take for the I-130 to get approved (i.e. how much time between the priority date and approval date)?
 
The I-130 took 2 years and 3 months, so you would need to be younger than 23 years and 3 months (i.e. 21 years + 2y 3m) to stay in F2A with the CSPA.
 
so what do you think there is another way to get green card ? , right now i m 23y n 9m ...so there is diff abt 5 month ...
