1> What are the forms need to be filled at client place?
2> Is yours position title exactly same as position title mentioned in labor?

Congratulations!

It's always a happier feeling to hear of a December 2001 approval. I feel like kicking myself for sending an expedite request last week. They now insist that they are missing my wife's fingerprints, and the FBI insists that they have it, but will not re-send them again!

You don't have to fill anything at client place.

I always worked as Software consultant (Even if your role is different). Before joining any company I always ask them, are they ready to provide me a letter stating that I'm working as Full-time Employess (W2) and my current position is XYZ in case INS require.

Never worked on 1099.
