Cashier's Check Question

I am trying to apply for OCI in Chicago and the site says "Cashier check/MO/PO should be properly signed and name of the first applicant should be written on it along with on-line registration number." Where exactly am I supposed to write all this stuff on the check?

Also, how strict are they on the background on the photos? It says it shouldn't be white. I have ones that are cream colored, but they could be considered white. Thanks in advanced.

If you get a money order from US post office, it has a space to write that information.
Your photos are good for OCI.
