Just want to share --
6/23 Today my wife and I received approval letters for I-485s;
6/19 We went to LA district office and talked to adj. officer who asked me to send a copy of my degree and transcript which I sent;
6/17 We walked in ASC to have our fingerprints taken. At first the manager there was reluctant since we did not have an notice.
6/12 I called my local congressman's office and talked to the lady again. She called FBI and was informed that my NC was cleared in May, 2006. She sent an enquiry to LA district office since my cases are there.
4/12 I called my local congressman's office and talked to the lady who was responsible for imm matters. She said my case has been too long and she'd make a formal inquiry to FBI.
OK, now let's roll back to previous years -
7/7/05 We had an interview in LA but did not get approved due to the NC.
7/?/04 Filed 485s
4/?/04 Filed 140.
