case withdrawed, need help!!!!

Hi, This is so upset.
I faxed letter to withdraw our case on Oct. 1 .
then we changed our mind and we faxed a letter to request to continue our case on Oct 15.
we got finger print done on Nov. 4.
we checked case status it said they have received our finger print and our case resumed.
it is withwrawed when we check it yesterday.

is anybody know how we can tell them to continue our case?

I called INS yesterday, Officer said I can faxed them a letter to request to reopen the case.

That makes me feel better. Does anybody know how long for them to reopen a case?
