Case with IIO for Review??

I called VSC this morning & the IIO said my case was pending. I asked if it was assigned to an officer. The answer was, \'Yes, it has been assinged to an officer for review.\'
My ND is July 17,00, EB2, PD Current, Country Other. If the case is under Review, does this mean a chance of getting RFE? Plz. post your experiences. Thanks....

Did the IIO tell you which exact date your case was assigned to an officer ? Did the IIO say how long more you need to wait from today ?
My info ND: 07/15/00, EB2, others
