Hi all,
I had LUDs on my 485/ 140/ EAD/ AP cases on 06/15/07.
I contacted NSC this afternoon and asked if my new address has been updated in my cases. She asked for the receipt number (I-485) and asked for my new address. She checked and said OK, it's been updated.
Then I asked may I know when my finger prints are going to expire since I need to travel next week. She said, your finger prints are valid for 15 months. I replied, I do not remember the last time when I gave finger prints and requested her to check the expiry date, so that I can plan my travel accordingly. She took some time to come back and said,
"Since your case with an officer, the officer will decide if you need to go for finger printing or not and also when".
Gurus...please throw some light on this so that I can understand what's going on with my case.
Thanks,
