He(IIO) was very polite. I told him that my RD is 09/XX/00, and ND is 10/XX/00. He told me that NSC goes by ND, not by RD, and it is currently processing ND 09/05/00 cases. He could not explain why NSC claims that it is processing 10/25/00 cases.
He told me that my case was already transferred to some special location on 10/11/00, and that it will be assigned to the officer appx. within 4 weeks. Once the case is assigned to the officer, it will should be processed within a week or two.
