Folks,

Just wanted to update y'all.

Today my online case status changed to:

On October 22, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.


RD1: July 2000 @ Nwk
RD2: Feb 20th 2002 @ VSC
FP1: March 2002
FP2: Sep 2nd 2003
FP3: Oct 16th 2003
RFE1: sent Oct 22nd as per above message
 
2 RDs due to the following:

Iniitally filed by my lawyer at Nwk as I required an urgent AP to travel out of the country.
Nwk gives a receipt and then sends the case over to the VSC.

In 2001 during my EAD renewal - it was discovered that Nwk forgot my file and left it "sitting on an officers desk..." as I was told.

Finally after numerous visits to my congressman and Nwk offices I managed to get them to send it to VSC. Received by VSC on Feb 20th 2002.

Thus 2 RDs.
