Case Transffered.. Please post ur thoughts

After a long wait.....My case has been transferred for the interview to Local INS office in Buffalo, NY on 16 of FEB 2004.

Please post your experience (if any) at Buffalo, NY and how long this office take to schedule the interview?

BTW... Initially My file was transferred on 2 Feb 2004 to wrong local INS office in MI and then I requested them to sent it to Buffalo, NY.

My Details are as under:-

RD (I-485) 14th Feb 2002
First FP 6th May 2002
RFE 31st July 03 for Medical Exam (Responded on 12th August)
Second FP Done 18th Dec 2003
 
My case also transferred to wrong Local office. How do you request to send the file to correct local office. Please let me know the process so that I can do the same.

How do you request them to transfer the case to Buffalo, NY? Calingl the 1-800-number, Fax, etc?

When you said your case were transferred to wrong MI office? Which ofice is that? Missouri Service Center? or an office in Michigan State?

Hi Guys

I called the Detroit, MI local office and asked requested them to transfer my file to correct office. In additon to that I wrote a letter to VSC and CC to Local BCIS Detriot office.


ANY ONE KNOWS THE BUFFALO LOCAL BCIS OFFICE NUMBER. So that I can verify with them.
