Case transferred to Chicago

Now that my case got transferred to Chicago, I wonder what's next. I see some posts here where people expect no interview.

Well, can anyone confirm a such case? Is there anyone here that got transferred to local office and got approved without an interview?

If you remember back a month ago it was communicated to me that NSC is missing my I-140 paperwork. I wonder if the transfer is a result of that. This way NSC is washing their hands off my case and letting Chicago deal with it.

They are clearing nsc office and moving load to local office.
That could be good sign. Don't worry buddy. Trust in God.

I see yours is 245(i) case I think that's reason for transfer on top of your missing I-140

That's true, they usually transfer all 245(i) cases to local. It's frustrating that it took them so long, and I'm still not conviced they found the I-140 stuff.

williget, did you have your interview yet?
 
Well that's not right then, you've been waiting since April 04. Do you know where the hold up is?
 
Have no clue... Called them in september, said they filling inquiry regarding delay... never got any answer. Lawyer plays same record - wait....
Tired of this crap. After new year will have to apply for 4th EAD
