Hi,

How did you come to know that your case was transferred?

Do you live in/near Baltimore? I was just trying to figure out if the local INS office they allot the applicant is one which is near to the applicant\'s residence.

If you browse the other discussions - you will notice that there are many others in the
same situation.

My case also got transferred on 4/27 to baltimore. Other details are ;
EB2, india, RD 08/00,ND 09/00, FP 12/00.

My lawyer says that this is good. ( I dont think so ). o-)

I got notice from VSC for me/wife/daughter that the case is transferred to Baltimore.

Based on some other discussion in the board, I think I should hear something in about 2-3 months time.

Mine was transferred too to Baltimore last April 27.
We received notice of transfer from INS for myself,
my wife and daughter.

I\'m not so sure if this is good news. Some says it
takes another 2-3 months to get an interview appointment.
I have a friend who after 6 weeks of transfer to Baltimore
was interviewed and got approval immediately after interview.
