EB2 (NOT NIW), China. Got the transfer notice in the mail. Case was transferred to Baltimore office on 6/10/2000. PD 5/22/97, ND 6/22/99. FP 4/08/2000, FBI sent it back to INS on 4/18/2000. Need to wait for interview. Looks like VSC is transferring every MD cases to Baltimore. Any ideas how long do I need to wait for interview? What should I bring and what should I expect from immigration officer?

Hi, my transfer was May 16 and interview was July 13, 2000. In my case interview was easy and about 10 mins. It seems most of these Baltimore transfers are routine. The staff there is pleasant and professional. Just bring ID, proof of employment, passport, income tax, W2 and paystubs, maybe some proof of marriage if you are married. Only give them what they ask for, don\'t get carried away but bring everything just in case.
