case transferred, no notice yet

Hi, you all:

I posted before that our case was transfterred to Local L.A. office for interview on April. 21.

However, so far, no notice was received. Called the lawyer yesterday. Nothing either.

Should we receive the notice if case was transferred? If not, how can we check the status at Local L.A.?

Anyone in the same boat?
 
you or your lawyer should have been received a notice from CSC (not local office) by now so check with CSC.
Local service center will send you notice when they will schedule the interview.
 
I see. Our lawyer is no good.

Whatever we ask. He always say "I don't know. Don't ask me time. That is other's case " bla, bla, bla.

Basically, we don't ask him anything.
