Hi DG,

Answer to your first question: My employer is based in Maryland.
Answer to your second and third question: Maryland comes under VSC jurisdiction.

Please note that a case can get transferred from the regional service center to local INS offices for reasons
such as "sharing of work", and/or "complicated case", and/or "an case which might require the applicants be interviewed"
and so on.

The application gets transferred to the nearest local office within the residence/employer jurisdiction.

I hope you can now correlate my case with the above explanation.

"a.k.a. ....Greater Washington D.C. Based Employer...."
