Case transferred from Local Office to TSC

Hi All,

I went for an infopass appointment y'day and the IO told me that my case was transferred from local office to TSC in early July. I called TSC and they say that they havent received the case , that it is still with the local office. I initiated a SR. I have a biometric - code 2 appointment on July 31. Can someone help me interpret this situation?

biometric y'day and lud change

I went for biometric code -2 yesterday and by y'day LUD on I485 had changed to 7/31, today it changed again to 8/1...I hope this is a positive sign though I know that today all categories are unavailable.

33 days after transfer back to TSC, the on-line case status got updated today. Received CRIS e-mail: Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

Hopefully I should be receiving the card ordered e-mail in the next few days!

That is good news.. something positive to keep you going. I had seen LUD updated on my I 485 on 31st July ( after my biometric code 2 appointment) and on 1August. After that no news. Have contacted local Senator and Congressman. On my 2nd AP there was an LUD of 5 Aug. Dont know whats going on.
