Case Transferred Again, Gurus please help

On 7/1, I went to BOSTON INS to inquire about my case(RD- Jan'02, AC21) pending with Boston since Sept '03 Before Sept '03, the case was with VSC.I had my interview in Nov'03 at Boston.The officer was surprised to find the case got transferred back to VSC in June'04.She tried her best but couldn't find a reason for this transfer.She thinks it may be a mistake on Boston INS's part. She also told me the results of background check came back from FBI . She wrote an e-mail to VSC and gave me a fax number to check with VSC.I faxed VSC and got back a reply (within 3 hrs ) saying "YOUR CASE IS CURRENTLY BEING REVIEWED AND YOU SHOULD RECEIVE NOTIFICATION FROM THIS OFFICE SHORTLY".

Question to Gurus - What does this mean ? How long should I wait to hear from VSC?

FYI- The fax number is same as the one used for expediting a case with VSC.

Anupb, Can U provide the VSC Fax #..

Hello Anupb,

Could you please provide me with the Fax# which was provided to you and which you made use of to get a response from VSC..

I am in a very tough situation and is really running out of time to file for a motion to reconsider since I have not recd the denial notice and is exploring all possible options...
