can any one give me more information about tranfering some cases from nsc to tsc.

USCIS transfer some cases (randomly to TSC) for load reduction at NSC. You can't get it transfered yourself. It used to be faster at TSC and the ones that were transfered there were the lucky ones, but I don't think that's true anymore.
