Hi Ciba,

Can you please update my entry.
Handle : Simple Simon
PD : 06/99 (EB2 - India)
ND : 10/00
EAD approved : 01/01
AP approved : 01/01
FP : 2/01 (two times - rejected both times by FBI as unreadable)
Case tranferred to SF office : 3/01

There are no complications in the case. Looks like the case was transfered as FBI was unable to take my finger-prints. Perhaps the SF office will let me know about alternate ways to do a criminal background check.

oops, Simon, sorry to hear that. It is really aweful
that your finger prints were rejected twice. But look
at the bright side. If your case is straightforward,
it will be approved at the interview. You just have
to wait a little longer.

Interview data is the very important for CSC tracking.
I appreciate your taking time to update your case.

interview.

Simple S sorry to hear ur case is transferred ...but it should be approved like Ciba said in interview..take it easy....Did the FBI say your Fps were rejected when u called them or what?
