Case transfered to Portland, OR office..HELP!!!

I am the primary applicant. My case is transfered to local portland, OR office. I received the RFE for Employment letter on DEc 30, 2002 and INS received the response on Jan 29, 2003.

Can anybody please share the experiences at Portland, OR office??
Just wanted to add the my wife's case is also transfered along with my application.

RD: Sept, 2001
ND: OCT, 2001
FP: Mar, 2002
RFE: 20 Dec, 2002
Case transfered to the local INS office 20 Feb, 2003.

I am not sure.. The case is transferred yesterday. I called the IIO at NSC and she couldn't help me with anything. According to her, the phone person don't know the reason for the transfer.

I am trying to find the reason too.. Anybody experienced this???

I was transferred to Portland OR on 9th January
got interview letter on 20 th Feb (for me , wife and son)
interview date 25th march
