Case transfered to local INS.

INS (NSC) transfered my wife case to local INS (Hartford, CT).
Details:
RD: Sep 18, 2001
ND: Oct 18, 2001
FP: Jan 30, 2002

No RFE for her and also my case was approved on Feb 6th. I am the primaray applicant.

I dont know the reason for transfer. She is not working and also we filed our I-140 together.

Any thought....
