Case Transfer to Local Office-Milwaukee

Our online messaged changed to " On May 7th, we transfered your case to your local INS Office.." Does anyone here have any experience with Milwaukee Office? How long it takes to schedule an appointment? What documents shall we bring with us? Will it indicate in the letter?
We are employment based immigration, with the same job and same company.. Don't know why transfer our case to the INS Local Office? Is it normal? We got married before my husband apply for GC? Help please. Thanks
 
No Change

We didn't change our address. The REFs of our case ask : Employment letter, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Approve of one entry from Canada to the U.S. which didn't has the entry stamp on either passport or I-94..
We submited our Ref on Apirl 28th, and on May 7th, they transfer both of our cases to the local office.
Our lawyer is guessing it could be the explanation of the entry.. They may want to see more evidence...
