Case Transfer to Atlanta

No transfer cases before April 2001 to Atlanta

I noticed that there are no transfer cases before april 2001. Maybe, all the cases have been already adjudicated.

Your case was originally in VSC, how can it be transfered to Atlanta?
If you work and live in the south, you should be dealing with TSC.
