If I transfer the case to India, is it like starting the process all over again like getting new File number again, medical, interview etc.,? and what is the procedure to transfer case ? In some threads I read, one can still give some known address here and do medicals in India and ask the doctor to send papers to Buffalo in order to keep the processing speed. Is that true ? But if interview is reqd, one has to come to US ? Is there any other issue that need to be concerned ? Please clarify.
