Case Tranfer to local office

I have been moved from CA to another state and my address on 485 shows California address, Today only my i-485 message changed that my case as been transfer to local office..Can I file the AR11 today and change the new state address?? or will this create problem>>???

Please urgent...help
 
The AR11 has nothing to do with immigration applications as far as I understood from information i have seen INS site.

Whenever you change address AR11 has to be filled.Filling Ar11 doesnot change your address on your immigration applications and vice versa.
 
If possessing time is fast in Los Angles,CA then I will go for the interview there instead of attending locally in MN, how to find outn the processing time for the local USCIS office interview time???
