Case status not available at 800 number?
My spouses 485 case status is available online but is not found by the 800 number. There have been several LUDs in the past 2 weeks. there was a status change to Address Change request also last night (the address change was done in mid-Feb and the address change confirmation letter was received in the mail end of feb), but the address change message was recorded last night. since then her case status is not available in the 800 number.
Does this mean anything? Approval, RFE etc.
