I received this email from the USCIS . Do I have to do anything with regards to this .. Please let me know ....

On September 15, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

I dont think you have to do anything with this. Your case should have been approved. My FP was done in Nov and got my 485 approved on Dec 30th.

Hi What is the current status? message changed similar like you but date is 03/08/2005. Please share your experiance.
 
nothing changed

my Attorney has inquired but we received nothing so far it has been more than 60 days from december 15th 2004 but I have not heard any thing I am so frustrated and Disappointed.
Not sure what to do .
INS is just so bossy .
We cannot inquire they take too long or almost never respond .
Its like I am in india and waiting for some case decision and decision making took so long that the person no longer exist to hear the decision.
I am very cranky and tired and restless and fearful and frustrated.
Its just bad.

How are you ? did you hear anything from VSC yet.
My Query came in DEC 6th and they received my Response on 15th dec 2003 but I have n't heard any thing at all it just says on the CAse status Check is It takes them between 365 to 540 days but becauses Previous processing was done this will take less time and we will send you a written notice when the decesion is made.its 2004 MArch and its almost 90 days and I have not heard any thing at all.
My Attorney called them up and left a message on machine but for that also 30 days have passed by I am not sure what is going on..
