Case status update after interview?

anyone received oath letter or RFE after N-400 Interview without USCIS case status update or text/email notification of case status?

I think the case status update until interview seemed pretty reliable and realtime.
But i have heard that this update suddenly become not reliable after interview, which is to be done by district office.

Any insight should be very appreciated.

That is correct. In our case, after the interview there was no update regarding oath online, although we did receive the letter by mail and on the spot (spouse and I). Basically our online status is still stuck in testing and interview even after our Oath. Looks like it is a Field office thing.

yes.
like you said, I think Field office doesn't really care to update case status or they don't have an access to it.
