case status search-- NEED HELP

Few days ago, I requested change of address, on
April 29, on-line message says " On April 29, 2005, we
responded to your request for more information concerning
your case. If you have not received our response within
30 days from this date. please call customer service
at 1-800-375-5283". But when I checked on phone
we got sorry message ( temporary problem with the system).
This is separated case, ( I got approval on 12/2004,
where my wife and daughter did't get approved, looks
like, not even opened their cases).
My question is,whether this message is just for address change (or) they might have sent a letter for more information about their cases.
I would like to know from you guys, that whether
anybody in this forum experienced similar situation
and GOT messages.
I appreciate your valuable responses

Yes, I got same

its normal, you may or may not receive a simple letter stating that the reason of letter is to confirm 'change of add' and they have change the address.

I think that everyone that has that online message has that problem with the phone, apparently they have some problem putting together that online message and info on the phone.
