We received our NOA's & Receipt #'s for I-130 & I-765
I have already created an account to check status Online However when I input receipt number system states that case does not exist even when I call the Customer service Number it states could not find my case number??

So is there a delay in the time of receipt of NOA for the Online status to recognise receipt numbers?

Don't trust the 1-800 or the online status, they always make a mess out of everything. I just got my N-400 Notice where it says my application was received on June 13, while on-line status is telling me it's June 16.
As for your question - some case numbers never appear neither online nor via 1-800 number. Or they get delayed (you are right!). Wait a little bit, they should be there soon. Usually it takes a few weeks.
And good luck!

Customer service has no more information than the online system. It is basically for people without Internet access. It is not uncommon for there to be a delay in the online status system. I think I had the same problem the first time I tried to enter my case numbers. It worked fine when I tried a few days later.

THank you all for the replies it sure helps knowing those with similiar experiences, As We filed our forms ourselves I get a bit anxious as to whether or not we covered everything.

still waiting on my NOA for my I-485

Don't worry, there are a lot of people here who filed themselves (including me). Even lawyers sometimes don't know what they doing. If you messed up somewhere on your application, they will make corrections on it right at your interview, so no big deal.
I wouldn't worry about I-485 NOA,I'm sure you'll receive it soon.
