I checked my EAD status on Case status webpage and it shows, Failed and cannot find results. My notice date is october 17 and date received 8/17/07. Is this normal? anyone who experienced same situation also? thanks.
Chances are the system is down or you did not enter the number or the customer name properly...make sure you enter customer and not the name of the person representing you....
They appear to be having difficulty (or significant delays) updating the system. My date received is 6/30 and my notice date is 10/12. I have tried with the 9 numbers that I have for 485,765 and 131 for my family and none of them work. I wouldnt worry.
I do not think, it is working properly. I received my AP and the system is showing the old status and there is no change. Hope they will fix very soon.
