Case Status on BCIS website

Gurus,

I need your help on this. My Case status for my I-140 and I-765 is not showing on the BCIS web site since last week, but it is available on the phone info system. Although my case has been approved for more than 3 months, I am concerned is it normal that they take the status offline after some days ( may be 3 months ) of approval?

Please advice.

Seems problem with BCIS Online, I punched few receipt# and you are correct it does not showing may be they are updating servers due to new Microsoft security updates
