Since I didn't get any reply on my first time case inquiry, I opened another case status inquiry on Jan 02. I didn't get any reply on that as well. The customer support representative told me that I can again call in 30 days. At what stage, would they let me to talk to an immigration officer directly? In the meantime, Can I again call to see if I can get transferred directly to an immigration officer? Has anyone done this before? Thanks in advance for your reply.
