Case Status enquiry??????

I made case status enquiry a month ago and I got reply as your case is under review and decision will be made in 60 days.
Did anyone get this type of reply. My Namecheck is cleared this August06.

Please share your experience.

I received the same reply

Even I got the reply yesterday (11/9) in the mail with the same message.
My PD is current from this May'06 and I am stuck in Name Check, does it
mean my NC is cleared.

Guys, my PD (Apr 02, EB2, India) has been current since Oct 1st. I've seen some guys with PDs ov Nov 02 and later get approved.
I'd like to do a status check on my application.
How did you do a status enquiry? Did you call them or write to them or had your attorney write to them or what?

Kirdar this same type of message means the namecheck is complete. I called them to get it confirmed. Luckily I could talk to someone who confirmed me that my background check is complete.

I called the national customer service in Sep06 and I got reply in Nov06.

Even I enquired on 9/21 and got reply yesterday. Generally they used to take
less than 30 days to reply for enquiries now they are taking more than 45 days.

I did my 2nd FP on 10/21. LUD's changed on 10/23 and 11/04.

Did u see any LUD after u called VSC? I called couple weeks ago inquiring my I485 but didn`t get it. So, I talked to someone using 1800.. # and was told that they were send a request to VSC. Now, yesterday I noted a LUD on my and my wifes`GC case.
I`m surprised, cause last inquiry 6 mo ago, I didn`t get any LUD.
