Case returned from NVC to USCIS!!

Hi all,

I recently received notification from NVC that my daughter's petition was returned to USCIS. Has anyone been in a similar situation? I called USCIS, they know nothing about the case other than that it was
approved and forwarded to NVC.

Any idea what might be the problem?
