"Case referred to a supervisor" --- is this good or bad?

Guys,

Made an inquiry myself through 800# on March 20, yesterday got a letter from TSC saying "case is referred to a supervisor, wait 60 days".

Just want to do a quick survey for those of you who got that message:
1. has anything happened after the case is transferred to the supervisor
2. If so, how long does it take between getting the letter and the approval or RFE?

Thanks and let's hang in there,

Usually that's a good sign. I got my RFE with in a week after they assigned it to an officer. I am not sure if assigned to Supervisor means anything different.

Also, your I485 and FP dates are in the range that TSC seem to actively working on. I think it's definitely a good sign.

I got the same answer when my congressman's office made an inquiry.
Got approval two days after.
Since your case has been pending for so long, I would recommend you talk with your congressman's office.

too_long,

It is really abnormal for your case to be pending for so long, has your FBI name check been cleared yet?

Got the email last night saying RFE have been sent for both my and my wife's case, don't know what they are though but at least someone is touching my case.
