Case pending for more than 2 years

Hi all
My case has been pending for more than 2 years. I have exhausted every effort. Sending enquiry both phone and email as well as walking in person.. To no success. October 3 i got second fingerprint notice thinking that it will change things but to no success..
I am loosing it!! Is killing me
Anyone have any idea that actually gonna work for me let me know please
 
There is not much that can be done except waiting, waiting, and waiting.
One thing you might try is to contact the office of the Congressman of your area. Explain them your situation and ask them if they can find out why your case is taking so long.
