The case number I have on my recently cashed checks is ONLY 9 characters and not 13. It does not have any asterisks. How should I put in to the system at USCIS?
Thanks
N2006 said:I am assuming what you have on check is 3 letters of the service center and 6 numbers. Something like ESC 123456. Based on that, you can construct the case number like ESC*00123456
Hope this helps.
eo23 said:Yes exactly, it is an LIN code with 6 numbers. I tried to do that but it says that the case number cannot be found, I presume it has not been entered in the system?
