My case number is EU14xxx. Do you think I have any good chance? Plus I do not know which I should select as a Consulate for visa interview - Albania (the country of citizenship) or Istanbul, Turkey as country of temporary residence? Does it make any difference?
how temporary is the residence? if you are sure to be in Turkey at the time of the interview (any time between Oct 1, 2005 and Sep 30, 2006), then you can request an interview in either country.
