Case Not found

Until about eight months ago, I was able to retrieve my case status online. For the past eight months, when I clicked on case link in the portfolio, I was getting "Case Not Found" message.

Has somebody else experienced this?

The good news ( probably) is yesterday, when I check my case status online the online system showed my case......but....it still has the last message from Nov 2004 indicating a finger print notice was sent! I have been to three FP's since then (my case has been pending the FBI name check since December 2004)

The whole is actually amusing to me! :mad:
 
Do not worry, I had same issue till last week. I am able to retrieve the message but still shows very first FP (March 2003), after that my wife gave 4 more FPs.
 
I had the same Issue since Nov 2006, I was not able to find my case in the system, I just checked it today, I am able to see the case and it says the same old message that I had since Nov 2006
 
I had the same issue, and I called customer service couple of times and finally they resolved the issue. Still the same old message from 2004
