Case Not found, RD 1/22/01, ND 2/1/01

I would appreciate extra information on this topic.
Kindly share your expereinces on CASE NOT FOUND issue on the AVM, if your RD and ND are around what I mentioned in the subject.
It will be of a great help to me and others alike to share our expereinces and see where do we stand.

RD 1/22/01

What kind of extra info you want?

RD: end of Jan.01 (don\'t remember exactly).
ND: 02/05/01
FP: 05/30/01

My case was "Not found" until I applied for EAD in June. Then it changed to "Application received". My spouse&child cases were "Not found". Then, about a week or two ago my wife\'s case changed to "Application received". No change for our child. Never spoke with IIO. Don\'t know what all that means. No approval, no RFE as of now.

There seems to be no clear trend or signs of divine power in all this movements ;-) Some people report that their cases went straight from "Not found" to "Approved". Some wait seems forever with "Application received".

I am trying to find if there are many applicants in this cateogry and their exp.

Mine was case received until, I recieved my EAD in Mar. After that my whole family application recording msg says application not found.
Did someone spoke to IIO.
Any info in this regard will be helpful.

Called IIO in July 2001, she said everything \'looks good\' including FP results.
AVM has always said case not found.

You did not ask IIO, why your case is still taking time, when Jan cases are getting approved. Was there any response.
Any more takers on this list, who gets the message as case not found, and their dates are in the scope of around Jan / 01.

I\'m going to give it another 2 weeks. (After Diwali ; -) maybe they will be in a better mood)

I pray for you. You should get approved. It is really frustrating to see cases that has earlier dates are not even touched. I may be wrong, probably the users are not updating immitracker to get a clear view of what is getting approved and what is not.
If you speak with an IIO regarding your case, kindly post on this net, so that everyone can get extra info.

Any more takers for this topic. I would like to know if there are still people in this list who have applied for a I-485 and the AVM says, the Case Not Found.

RD Jan 10; ND Jan 17; PD 11/99 EB2 RIR; FP May 17;

AVM was saying \'Case not found \' till Oct. 13 th for all of us. Now it says " case received blah... " for me and my wife. But for my daughter it still says "case not found." Never applied for EAD.

Did you contacted IIO to change the message, or the message changed automatically.

Never called IIO, msg. changed automatically on Oct. 13 th, from "case not found" to "case received....". I only called FBI once to verify about my finger prints and they said they were OK and sent to VSC on the same day.
 
ND 12/26/00, RD 01/03/01 - CASE NOT FOUND

Guys :

The AVM still says case not found. The IIO when called 2 weeks ago still says the same thing that it will take 30 to 60 days. She also added do worry about the message in AVM.

Waiting patiently. By the way my PD is Nov 96.

Is it do worry or not to worry. It seems your case is long due, you should contact them again and see what is their response. Others, kindly add information if you are in this cateogry and if you extra info.
