Ok! Here is my take on it...
Cases are randomly given in bulk to IIO\'s. As soon as cases are assigned, some IIO\'s go into the system and mark that they have aquired the file and keep them in the queue. Other IIO\'s just don\'t bother about marking them as aquired, they simply look at the complete file and either they approve the case, issue an RFE, or transfer the case. AVM is update everytime IIO does something to your file (this includes aquiring the file).
Therefore, we see for some cases, message is changing from "case not found" to "received on blah blah....." while for others it is changing to "approved".
My observation is that the fastest guy/group is not aquiring the file, rather they are simply working smart by doing everything in one swing. All the lucky guys who get early approvals are assigned to this group/guy.
In my case the message is changed from "case not found" to "Your appl. is received on jan 19..." on either 10/04 or 10/05. Hoping that somebody started looking at my case aprrove it in the next week or so.
Any comments????
