Case Not Found Issue

The AVM says, case not found. I spoke to an Immi Agent some time back, regarding this issue. I was been told there is some problem it will be fixed later. Till this date not change to my AVM message, it is more than 3 months.

Any clues, does some one in a similar boat as me. What should be the solution. Any suggestion, appreciate your help.

My PD 10/99, ND 1/01.

Yes last month I did speek with IIO, he told me that "I will see what I can do!!". But so far my case not been updated in the AVM.
