what that mean?

Me thinks it is too early for them to start working

on ur case. If they have started working it is a good sign.

What were the exact words?

My RD is close to urs. What is your EAC-02-XXX
 
mine is to near yours ...
EAC-02-060-XXXX

our cases are Nov/Dec..
When Oct is not yet started and Sept not even half way through, how could EAC-02-063-XXXX could be taken into system ...

Can u recollect and reproduce the exact conv. with IIO
