My case is current for the month of January in the December 2021 Visa Bulletin. I sent my documents in October 2021 with out KCC requesting. Till now, I have not been DQ neither to receive 2NL. Is this a good sign?
No one can predict anything at this point, KCC’s observed current operations has not been like normal times (pre DV20). You can follow the conversations on the DV2022 CP thread in the forum. For now, you’ll just have to wait and see.
