Case is assigned to IIO, how long should I wait

My case has been assigned to IIO per my conversation with them last week. How long do you think it would take them to make decision on the case?

My case was assigned on Feb 14th (EB3, India, PD 6/97). Till now I have
not heard anything from INS (Checked AVM). It has been 3 weeks now..
