Since my Case transferred to NSC from CSC (feb 23 07) my message status is -

"Case has been sent by the STATE DEPT with a request we review it."

I called & initiated a service request, even the immigration officer was surprised as to y the status is like that.

Can anyone please tell me y the State Dept is requesting a review ???

I am very scared as to what is happening in my case.

I did my second FP on June 2, 2007.

my last lud is May 1, 2007. Nothing so far, I see so many approvals with PD after mine badluck.

I also have the same message in my case since it has been transferred to NSC. I think it should be the usual message for everyone.

Please post if you find something else with respect to this matter.
 
I have the same message when my case was transferred from CSC to NSC. For some reason the cases transferred from CSC to NSC are stuck, Cases filed in NSC are getting aprovals
 
It means your case in not there in NSC. I also got the FP April end. Do we need to call NSC to verify whether our case is there or not.
