Case files NSC- X'fer to VSC

Hi All,
Anyone encountered the following situation.

Case filed in NSC as the company is located in NSC Zone and the employee right now living in VSC Zone has got the case transfered to local INS in VSC Zone.

What type queries / documents , required / asked in RFE's for the xfer'd cases. Any other info. will be helpful.

What exactly Rd/ND do you have? There go to be a reason like your company notified the INS during I-140 etc....
 
Working with same Company and the category : RIR - EB2 RD April 9th and NR April 26th and i dont think the company notified while applying for I140 . Is this will be transferred to VSC zone and can be aproved in NSC.
