I have sent Packet3 to NVC on March 1st and when i call NVC today am getting automated voice response "your case is completed on March7th".Iam not sure what it means what i expected to hear was "Case Completed Review and has been sent to Mumbai Consulate or something like that"...
Does anyone think they are going to send Packet3 back because of incomplete information or ??????
 
In a week to 10 days you will hear that you case was sent to the consulate. Don't worry, this is the message you hear just before your case is sent to the consulate.
 
thanks aonflux for the reply.If that is the case am expecting interview in May/June.You think its a fair assumption as of nw am not sure Mumbai consulate has interview appointments scheduled till which month

Agree with the first response above. Case completed and case sent to the consulates are two steps.

Since you heard the completion of the first step, in about a week or 10 days
you will hear a message saying that the 'Case has been forwarded to xxxxx
consulate on xxxxxxx date......'.

IF YOUR CASE IS NOT EB3 then it is possible your interview would be in May.

Thanks for the reply Raju.My Category Says "E3",so is it same as "EB3"??if it is same then when you think i can expect interview..

Your case is EB3. You may have heard about the uproar about the
retrogression. When you get your interview now depends on the priority date of your case. Priority date is the date when your labor certification (LC) was received by the DOL. You will find this both on the approved LC document as well as the I-140 approval notice.

Thanks for the reply Raju.I remember my company applying for my Labor in May/June 2002 and it got approved in Aug/September Same year.So right now is Mumbabi Scheduling interviews close to my PD's???
