Case closure at BEC

I got a reply back from Philly BEC, the case is in closed status. Can somebody direct me how to get it reinstated to pending status? There other fields that were not from my application....like occupation said something else..but I will be content if they reopen my case. Never received 45 d letter.

Case Closure From BEC

Hi,
I received the same kind of letter , but both my lawyer and company never received the 45 days letter. In this regard they have sent fax , DHL to Dallas backlog center and sent a mail to crystal williams at AILA.

Do you know how long it takes for the case to be opened?
If the Case is opened , will they approve in few weeks ?
Is this a problem for 8th Year Extension?

Have you gotten your case reopened? I am in a similar situation and would like to know the time and process it takes to get teh case reinstated.
